Special offer: It is possible to rent 1 or 2 rooms instead of the whole villa. You have your own bedroom, private bathroom and toilet, but shared use of other facilities such as kitchen, dining room, sitting room, swimming pool and garden. This formula is not available during high season.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1.    Rates

           Our rates include:

- stay per night

- all applicable government taxes

- welcome drinks & refreshing towels upon arrival

- breakfast of your choice the first morning after arrival

- use of villa facilities

- daily maintenance of the villa (incl. complimentary Balinese cooking if u wish)

- the return airport transfer on arrival and departure in a private car (complimentary for bookings of 5 nights and more)

Rates do not include all other meals and drinks, use of cars/drivers, telephone calls, gratuities. Unless you rent only per room, the price for energy consumption (electricity and gas) is also not included. At regular consumption we count 1.5 euro per person per day.

    2.    Additional services

We can provide u at a low cost:

    - a generous Western or Indonesian style of breakfast

    - lunch and dinner from menu

    - laundry being done at a local laundry  

    - private car rental with driver, for up to six passengers (special offer: book a car w. driver for each day (10 hrs.) of your stay and pay only 25 euro per day)

    - motorbike rental.

We can also do your shopping for a small fee and cook your food. Services of a nanny and spa & massage can be booked through us.

    3.    Rental Season Periods (2010)

Low season period: January 9 - June 25 and September 12 - December 18

High season period: June 26 - September 13 and December 19 - January 8, 2011

    4.    Reservation Procedure

Reservations must be made by email. Enquiries are handled chronologically. A short term option without guarantee deposit can be granted. This option automatically becomes obsolete if not confirmed timely by you.

    5.    Minimum Stay

Low season: 3 nights

High season: 7 nights; stay between December, 19 and January, 8 must include the nights of December 24 and 25 or December 31 and January 1

    6.    Check in/out time

Check-in time: after 2 PM

Check-out time: before 12 AM

In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, check-out time can be extended for free until 3 PM. A full one night rate will be applied for check-out after 3 PM.

    7.    Terms of Payment

A deposit of 50% payable within two weeks after the acceptation of the booking is required to guarantee your reservation. The remainder of the sum, together with a safety deposit of 150€, must be paid no later then 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Changes in reservation lead to an administrative fee of 40€. We accept neither credit card nor personal or bank cheques. The safety deposit will be reimbursed within 2 weeks after leaving the villa, less the amount of any damage caused.

    8.    Cancellation Policy

- notification of cancellation must be done by e-mail

- late or insufficient payments incur cancellation of the booking

- paid amounts cannot be refunded
